Jessica Ozoude, Spanish Springs track
The fastest girl in the Nevada once again compiled hardware at the state meet this weekend at Foothill High School in Henderson. Ozoude won the state title in the 100 meter and 200 meter, took sixth in the 400m and was the runner up in the long jump. She won the 100m in an unofficial state record time of 11.64 seconds that was wind-aided. In Ozoude’s four-year career, she’s won six state titles and has a pair of runner up finishes.
