As this is being written, two major stories are about to break. The first one is a stunning revelation about the sale of 20% of our uranium to the Russians, which involved millions of dollars going to the Clinton Foundation while Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State. The second one is the release of a number of documents related to the John F. Kennedy assassination.
The reason for the Clinton/Russian sale being brought to the forefront was the release of information that the Clinton campaign and the DNC had paid money for the discredited dossier that was produced against Donald Trump by a former British spy.
Also relative to the uranium sale is the fact that an FBI informant has been released from his non-disclosure agreement by the Justice Department. This individual is supposed to have emails, recordings and written information that links the FBI, DOJ and President Obama himself colluding to cover up all sorts of corruption relative to the sale.
These nuclear machinations occurred long before Donald Trump was the Republican candidate for President.
Strangely enough, at the time of the sale Mr. Mueller, who is Special Counsel currently investigating Russian influence on the election, was the head of the FBI which supposedly had knowledge of the infamous transaction. The current investigation about Russian influence on the election is focused mainly upon $100,000 in Facebook ads. This seems to be a paltry sum when compared to the millions of dollars involved in the Russian uranium sale.
Several years ago, a book called, “Clinton Cash” very specifically listed intimate details of the Obama-era uranium deal. Currently, the author of that book has once again come forward to cite the authenticity of the sources of his information.
The resurfacing of this deal has prompted Congressional Committees to now start intensive investigations. If their findings are anything like those purported to be, there is the possibility of criminal charges.
As far as Hillary is concerned, she is continuing her book tour about what happened in the 2016 election. She has blamed so many things for her defeat that the only one she has left is the possibility of extra-terrestrial alien intrusion. Late last week, Hillary once again took to the airwaves and made her most incongruous statement to date. She said that she was very concerned that the Republican Party was imploding. Since when does any highbound progressive Democrat (like Hillary) exhibit concern for Republicans?
Speaking of Republicans, the two major critics of President Trump are Corker and Flake. Neither of these two gentlemen is willing to put his money where his mouth is and seek re-election. Strangely enough, they won’t stay in Washington to defend their high blown Republican conservative ethics in fighting against Trump’s populism. Immediately after Flake’s announcement that he was withdrawing from a race he had no chance of winning, he became the darling of the liberal media and was granted large amounts of time on their television shows.
Now that the Russian influence on American politics has boomeranged on the Democratic Party, the leaders, like Representative Schiff, are trying to say that the uranium and dossier deals are merely diversions.
To sum the matter up, one has only to remember the infamous tarmac meeting between Bill Clinton and then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch. That meeting resulted in Lynch recusing herself from doing anything regarding Hillary’s email scandal. This then led to giving FBI Director Comey the right to make a decision in the case which was not his purview.

Whether or not the release of documents pertaining to the JFK assassination will shed any light on the matter remains to be seen. If the documents tend to be heavily redacted, we may never know some of the salient points that led to a number of assassination theories. Many books were written about the event and a riveting movie was produced by Oliver Stone. While Stone’s effort was part factual and part fiction, it had a curious strain of similitude.
As for me, I had occasion to be in Dallas several years ago on convention business. During a lull in the sessions, I had enough time to visit the Texas Book Depository, which is now a complete museum with the shooter’s room in the same condition as it was on that fateful day in 1963. Peering through the bars that separate the room from the rest of the floor, one can see through the window the relatively long distance the fatal shot would have had to travel. The road on which the car was traveling not only dips but also curves.
After an extensive tour of the museum, I made my way to the infamous grassy knoll and stood behind the fence that afforded an unobstructed and close-up view of Dealey Plaza. A rifle shot from this position would have been more effective than one from the Depository.
