The Raiders are continuing to dominate the High Desert League boys golf tournament circuit.
Reed has now won all three tournaments this year after turning in a team score of 435 on Wednesday at Sierra Sage—four strokes better than runner up Reno.
McQueen (448) finished third, Spanish Springs (460) took fourth and North Valleys finished fifth. Hug did not have enough golfers to turn in a team score.
A Reed golfer earned medalist honors in the first two tournaments of the season but that was not the case on Wednesday. The Raiders did it with consistency. All five of Reed’s scores were separated by six total strokes.
Jayce Robinson led the way with an 84, followed by Brandon Forman (85), Brandon Baker (86) and both Nathan Daylo and Andrew Emerson, both of whom turned in 90s.
Spanish Springs was led by Logan Cox, who carded an 88. Payne Avera (90), Pat Penrod (90), Chase Martin (91) and Trenton Humphreys (95).
The HDL circuit continues next Wednesday at Hidden Valley.
