On May 4, locally based Silverwing Development announced the completion of the Clubhouse and commencement of pre-leasing activity for the 236 unit multi-family, luxury, urban style community in Victorian Square. On Saturday, May 7 Fountainhouse will begin accepting priority wait list applications for an August 2016 move-in. Approved tenants have first choice of units and can select from nine distinct floorplans including 1 bedroom/1 bath, 2 bedroom/ 2 baths and 2 bedroom/ 2.5 baths. Units will be fully alarmed for fire protection and upstairs units will a townhouse design with vaulted ceilings. Residences will have the option to have direct/indirect access garages or assigned covered parking spaces. All residences will have an outdoor deck/patio (some plans will have 2 decks). Two furnished models will be available to preview in late-July 2016.
