Sam King-Shaw, Reed cross country
The Reed senior cross country runner won the individual girls 4A North title on Friday morning at Shadow Mountain. King-Shaw completed the course in a time of 19:52, 18 seconds clear of the runner up. The win provided some validation for King-Shaw, who finished third in last year’s regional meet.
