Sparks committed 27 turnovers and suffered a 71-54 loss in Saturday’s season opener at home against McQueen.
The Lancers outscored the Railroaders 17-6 in the first quarter and led the rest of the way.
Matt Longland led Sparks with 22 points. More than half his damage came at the charity stripe, where he hit 12-of-13 freebies. Carlos Rodriguez finished with 16 in the losing effort. He was the only other Railroader to finish in double figures.
Sparks will look for its first win on Thursday in the first game of the annual Rail City Classic. The Railroaders (0-1) will host Golden Valley (Merced, Calif.) at 4:30 p.m.
