Sparks wasn’t a match at Fallon on Friday night. And it showed early.
Connor Nelson took the opening kickoff 90 yards and it was all Greenwave the rest of the way.
Fallon scored 48 first-half points and turned it down in the second half to remain perfect in DI-A North play at 6-1, 6-0 with a 48-0 rout. Sparks dropped to 2-5, 1-5.
The Railroaders well held to 104 yards of offense in the loss. Hunter O’Meara accounted for half of the Railroaders’ offensive production. He carried the ball 10 times for 52 yards.
Sparks will try to snap its three-game losing streak on Friday at home against Lowry (1-5, 1-5).
Kickoff is at 7 p.m.
