Inez Casale-Stempeck (left) was one of four alumni inducted into the Sparks High School Hall of Fame on Friday. Casale-Stempeck, known as Mama Inez, still works in the kitchen preparing old family recipes in one of Sparks’ oldest restaurants, the Casale Halfway Club.
