Reed
Reed’s undefeated season came to an end last week at the Rail City Classic, but the Raiders still had a successful tournament after finishing 3-1.
The boys won their 10 straight game when they opened the tourney last Wednesday with a 73-31 win over Yerington, but the streak came to an end the next day. After trailing by nine at the end of three quarters, the Raiders battled back in the fourth before ultimately falling 60-59 to Carlmont out of Belmont, Calif.
Reed would end up rebounding just fine from the loss and knocked off Hug 64-28 on Friday and Anticoch, Calif. 70-46 Saturday.
The Raiders (12-1) will get some time off now before their next contest Jan. 8 at Bishop Manogue.
