D.C. Warfare

September 25, 2019 By Harry Spencer Leave a Comment

Hottest item on the agenda in Washington recently was the Lewandowski hearing before the House Committee chaired by Congressman Nadler. The hearing was supposedly a pre-impeachment process. As it turned out, it became a very hectic session with many fireworks between the Democrat side and Lewandowski. A veteran of many hours of previous testimony, the witness deftly parried the inquisitors. He had been instructed to say nothing more than what was in the Mueller report and asked to have a copy brought in. At the conclusion Nadler threatened a contempt charge, but it was obvious that Lewandowski emerged triumphant.

Another major story that was supposed to be a bombshell proved to be a resounding dud when the New York Times effort to smear Justice Kavanaugh fell flat. The situation began with the Times writing a news story about a book that two of their reporters wrote about a supposed new accusation of sexual misconduct against the Justice. As it turned out, they had to retract the story when the so-called victim did not recall the incident and the basis of the reporter’s story was that someone had told someone else about the incident. Once again Kavanaugh was cleared. As a side note, his original accuser Dr. Ford was exposed by her best friend who said that her motivation for taking the stand was because she feared Kavanaugh’s upcoming position on Roe v. Wade.

Democrat Presidential candidate Kamala Harris was quick to call for the impeachment of Kavanaugh in order to get some press for her flagging campaign. Harris made news elsewhere when she appeared on the Jimmy Fallon show and claimed that should she win the nomination, she would “wipe the floor” in a one-on-one debate with Trump. Currently Harris is having trouble in the Democrat debates when she falters and stumbles and is unable to do well against the nine dimbulbs on stage with her.

Most disquieting story lately came out of Chicago where some gang members saw the nine-yearold son of a rival gang member playing basketball. They joined him then led him down an alley where they cut off his fingers and ears and then shot him to death. This is just one example of the carnage that goes on in Chicago, Baltimore and St. Louis every weekend. Strangely enough these acts of violence are never mentioned by Democrat gun grabbers such as Beto O’Rourke and Elizabeth Warren.

It is hard to tell who is more spaced out between Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden. In Hillary’s case she has found yet another reason for having lost the election. According to her, it was voter suppression. This joins previous excuses such as global warming and James Comey. As for Biden, his latest gaffe makes one wonder if he was referring to the U.S. or perhaps China. His quote was, ”Under my stimulus package of job creation 720 million men and women will be put back to work.”

President Trump made a trip to California where he raised some 15 million dollars from obviously dissatisfied voters who now live in what was once the Golden State but is now the Garbage State. While Democrat Governor Newsom is apparently oblivious to the health-threatening refuse on the sidewalks of major cities, one local Reno pundit has what he felt was the obvious solution. His theory is that if President Trump makes good on his promise to take on the California situation, he should merely send in a number of Army trucks, pick up the tents and occupants and transport them to the sidewalks in front of the domiciles of Newsom, Harris and Feinstein. Trump should do the same to the errant politicians in Los Angeles where the situation is the worst.

A horror story that broke concerned a deceased abortion doctor. When his house was entered, inspectors found more than 2,200 aborted fetuses. This find was quickly picked up by pro-life groups who use it as a bludgeon against pro-choice supporters. As we mentioned last week, Democrat Presidential candidate St. Pete has now joined with the governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia as to when life begins and whether or not it should continue.

Watching the gyrations of candidates Beto and Elizabeth Warren on stage, it would seem that they are natural candidates to be the next politicians to appear on Dancing with the Stars. In Warren’s case, she went on a late night show recently and could not explain to the liberal host how she would pay for many of her programs.
