Nevada impressive in first exhibition

In the first of two exhibition games this season the University of Nevada men’s basketball team used several runs to down Cal State East Bay 81-52 on Saturday night at Lawlor Events Center. Junior Jalen Harris tied for game-high honors with 21 points making 6-of-13 shots from the field, 3-of-5 from behind the arc. Senior guard Nizré Zouzoua scored 16 points and made 2-of-3 three-pointers. Freshman Zane Meeks was impressive in his Pack debut posting a double-double with 10 points and a game-high 14 rebounds. Meeks made 3-of-7 three pointers as the Pack connected on 9-of-21 from behind the arc. The Wolf Pack will host Colorado Christian on Oct. 30 at 7:30 p.m.
