Boys Spanish Springs holds off Douglas The Cougars improved to 6-2, 3-0 in the 4A North with a 77-64 home win over Douglas on Thursday night. Douglas dipped to 2-6, 1-2. Spanish Springs was outscored 26-12 in the third quarter after holding a narrow 30-28 halftime lead over Jesuit (Carmichael, Calif.) and went on to fall 70-56 on Saturday in the Wild West Shootout.
